Dine in style as chef prepares and serves a delightful menu steeped in refined southwestern steakhouse influences.  Each course is paired with wine selected from chef’s private cellar.  After dinner, join our team in by our firepit for dessert and hot drinks.  A professional telescope is set up to gaze into the abyss as we find various fun and interesting things to view.  The evening concludes when the drinks are finished and the fire dies
